Understanding the Constitution

Men Who Are Working Together to Destroy the US Constitution

conspirators to destroy constitution

In the photos are: The Kochs, Kissinger, Soros, Lessig, Norquist, Meckler, Levin, Farris.  They want our US Constitution changed!

I recognize aspects of Fabian socialism in the leaders of the so-called “convention of states” project and in the “Compact for America” gang.

Socialists fall into basically two camps: The Fabians [the intellectual elite should run everything] and the Syndicalists [the workers should run everything].

Fabian socialists took over America 100 years ago – the Progressives of the early 1900s were Fabians; and both major political parties ever since have been controlled by Fabians. Fabians hold the view that the masses are so stupid that they need to be steered, directed, managed, and controlled by the “intellectual” elite – by means of laws and regulations and government controls (including population control).

We KNOW, from Mark Levin’s “liberty amendments” and from Michael Farris’ “parental rights” amendment, that they want an all-powerful central government which controls every aspect of our lives. We KNOW, from Nick Dranias’ version of a “balanced budget” amendment, that he wants Congress to have the power to impose a NATIONAL SALES TAX and a NATIONAL VALUE ADDED TAX – in addition to the income tax.

Americans! You better start looking at the “fruits” of these people instead of what they tell you. They tell you what you want to hear. Meanwhile, as the texts of their proposed amendments show, they plan to enslave you and reduce you to poverty.

Use your own heads! If you continue to go by what these people tell you – instead of going by the texts of the Amendments they propose – then you will have proved that Americans really are so stupid that they deserve to be controlled by the “elite”.  Open your eyes! God gave YOU a brain – why do YOU refuse to use the Gift God gave you?

Read about Mark Levin’s phony “liberty amendments”.

Read about Michael Farris’ despicable “parental rights” amendment which delegates control over families to the federal government. HERE is the text of his proposed amendment.

Read about Compact for America’s (Nick Dranias’) version of a “balanced budget” amendment which delegates to Congress power to impose a national sales tax and a national value added tax (VAT) in addition to keeping the income tax.

Time is running out.  You better open your eyes now.

  1. I am a lawyer with a heavy burden for our Republic, and I am so thankful to have found you on You Tube and here, Publius Huldah. Regarding the Parental Rights Am., if you have already answered the following question elsewhere, please pardon me. Is the PRA, or some similar amendment, necessary to stop the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Children from being adopted and implemented in America as Mr. Farris claims? Article VI, of course, elevates treaties to equal footing with our Constitution as the supreme law of the land.

    • Thank you for writing.

Only treaties “made under the authority of the United States” qualify as part of the “supreme Law of the Land”. Since that “authority” comes from the Constitution, the treaty-making power of the United States is very limited! I have two papers on it here: https://publiushuldah.wordpress.com/category/treaty-making-powers-of-the-united-states/

The earlier paper at the bottom addresses the UN treaty on the rights of the child. Bottom line is this: Since our federal Constitution doesn’t delegate power over children to the federal government, the federal government has no “authority” to enter into treaties regarding children.

The parental rights amendment (PRA) is an evil piece of work – it delegates power over children to the federal and state governments. If the PRA were ratified, the federal government would then have power over children and would then have the constitutional authority to enter into the UN Treaty.

I also have two papers on the PRA: https://publiushuldah.wordpress.com/category/parental-rights-amendment/

      • Thank you. I thought that the answer would hinge on the “under the authority of the United States” phrase. I suppose that the question becomes whether American courts and the people will acquiesce to the UNCRC if/when it is ratified. If we go about our business like the treaty did not exist, then we would be victorious. Two of the most persuasive points that I have heard you make are…(1) There is nothing wrong with our Constitution (regarding parental rights and congressional spending); therefore, it does not need amending; and, (2) Do you think that either Congress, or the States, or the people will select moral and wise people to be delegates to an Article V convention?

        • “Lex Rex” by Rev. Samuel Rutherford (1644) was a masterwork – but I expect you already know that.

And yes! If the Senate were to ratify the UNCRC, a manly people & State Legislators with Principles & Spine would nullify it. see, e.g., http://tenthamendmentcenter.com/2015/05/16/nullification-made-easy/

And as Thomas Jefferson reminded us somewhere, even if the Senate ratifies a Treaty, the House of Representatives can “kill it” by refusing to pass any implementing federal legislation. Oh, I love that man.

          • Indeed, Jefferson is a hero. Your article referred to James Madison’s report on the Virginia Resolutions in which he stated that when the judiciary colludes with the other two branches to usurp power, the Constitution is destroyed. Yet, isn’t that exactly where we are? (NLRB v. Sebellius, & Obergefell come racing to mind.) You must get this question often. It is one that I ponder almost every day. Is self-destruction now inevitable?

            • Yes, that is where we are: The 3 branches of the fed gov’t have connived together to usurp powers.

However, We The People and The States are not victims of federal tyranny: The States have their hands out for every federal dollar they can get – there is no retained right or power which State gov’ts won’t eagerly sell to the fed gov’t for federal funds. See, e.g.: http://www.pewtrusts.org/en/multimedia/data-visualizations/2014/fiscal-50#ind1 In Tennessee, it seems that our public schools are going to have bathrooms where boys who “identify” as girls, and such like, can use the girls’ bathroom b/c if we don’t go along with that, we’ll lose $1.3 BILLION in federal education funds. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/transgender-bathroom-bill-fails-tennessee-legislature-n558311 Tennessee adopted Common core because we got $500 MILLION for adopting it.

Where does our federal Constitution authorize the fed gov’t to meddle in Education? It doesn’t! But the fed gov’t gets around the lack of constitutional authority by paying state governments to go along with unconstitutional programs.

And The People love their unconstitutional handouts.

What happened was that WE abandoned the belief system of our Framers: They believed in fixed, transcendent Principles to which all were expected to conform. But WE long ago rejected the concept of fixed Truths. I summarize the radical change in philosophy here: https://publiushuldah.wordpress.com/2011/03/06/how-progressive-education-and-bad-philosophy-corrupted-the-people-undermined-the-constitution-of-the-united-states/

IF the Americans will man-up, repent, and change direction, it isn’t too late to avoid total destruction. A civil war is probably inevitable [the muslims and American communists will see to that] – but we could win that.

  2. Thanks for exposing Levin to be the traitor he is. I have long felt him to be the enemy though you have confirmed what I long believed. In the end, what gave him away was his total arrogance, especially when referring to anyone who dared challenge his self-designated omniscience. Just another elitist traitor.

The problem is far too many “conservatives” believe everything he says without even questioning him. How do we get people to wake up and use their own brains rather than relying on elitist traitors whose only interests are in growing their wealth and power?

It is irresponsible for people to blindly believe what anybody says. Mark Levin is a phony – a demagogue. Alexander Hamilton discusses the likes of Levin in Federalist No. 1, 5th para:

“…a dangerous ambition more often lurks behind the specious mask of zeal for the rights of the people than under the forbidden appearance of zeal for the firmness and efficiency of government. History will teach us that the former has been found a much more certain road to the introduction of despotism than the latter, and that of those men who have overturned the liberties of republics, the greatest number have begun their career by paying an obsequious court to the people; commencing demagogues, and ending tyrants. ”

  4. This from the Convention of States website: “Ted Cruz immediately declared his support for Mark Levin’s book The Liberty Amendments upon its release, posting a link on his Facebook page. Cruz wrote, “Mark’s book sparks an important discussion about how to fix the problems that face our Republic.”

In a conversation with Bob Menges, the South Carolina director for Convention of States Project, Cruz reiterated his support for the movement.”

Here’s a list of “Endorsements” from COS website: And you thought these people and organizations were true Conservatives. Some might be just misguided, but then again.

    • The lawyers aren’t misguided – they understand what they are doing. But the non-lawyers might be non-thinkers. Glen Beck, Sarah Palin, etc aren’t the sharpest knives in the drawer.

But attorney Ted Cruz is unequaled in his hypocrisy and treachery: He knows perfectly well that we will need a new Constitution to change our status from a sovereign nation to a member State in the North American Union (NAU). His wife was on the CFR Task Force to write up the Plan for the NAU! He knows about the Parliament which the Plan sets up over Canada, the United States, and Mexico!

“What will the social order of the future be like? Comrade, I will tell you. There will be a class of overlords, after them the rank and file of the party members in hierarchical order, and then the great mass of anonymous followers, servants and workers in perpetuity, and beneath them again all the conquered foreign races, the modern slaves. And over and above all these will reign a new and exalted nobility of whom I cannot speak… but of all these plans the militant members will know nothing. The new man is living amongst us now! He is here. Isn’t that enough for you? I will tell you a secret. I have seen the new man. He is intrepid and cruel. I was afraid of him.” — Adolf Hitler; Herman Rauschning, Hitler Speaks 1939

  7. We need to stop listening to them altogether, Every word they utter is a lie.

You should add Cruz and Rubio to the set of photos. They are liars, too… persisting in their charades, pretending they are eligible to serve as our President.

Let’s not elect anymore professional politicians.

  8. But we’re not even using our Constitution. Is it possible, with the exception of Soros, that these other idiots are proposing this convention because they know the Constitution has lost its power, and so we need something to take its place?

And even if we did use the Constitution, it is going to be arbitrated by the nation-destroyers on the Supreme Court, particularly the “wise Latina,” Kagan, Ginsburg, Breyer and Kennedy, and sometimes Roberts.

The only hope for people who love our country, love its history, and love its Constitution is secession. Certain red states need to secede and form a country that is anti-progressive, anti-multicultural and nationalist. There are too many fronts to this war for the good guys to win a victory.

Immigration, be it legal or illegal, is going to be part of what is already a new electorate of hedonists, ignoramuses and self-righteous progressives, people without a moral compass or any sense of right and wrong. Today’s immigrants are not yesterday’s immigrants. Most are opportunists who neither love our country or want to be stakeholders in its heritage. The one thing they all have in common is that they hate whitey.

Secession is the only way I see of holding on to what we have left of the greatest country the world has ever known. If the South had won the Civil War, perhaps we would have a place to which we could migrate. Since it didn’t and we don’t, we’ll have to carve out a place to which the remnant (like the remnant in the Old Testament) can flee.

Find someone in Oregon to help you learn this. A citizen lobbyist can decipher this for you.

    • Shame on Levin for misleading so many people.

If a person understands how LIMITED are the powers our Constitution delegates to the fed. gov’t; they they would understand that amendments do not rein in governments which already ignore the Constitution.

Also, anyone who faces up honestly to the fact that States are voracious consumers of federal funds; and that THE STATES ARE THE ONES WHO SOLD US OUT TO THE FED GOV’T – they did it for the fed grant money – would see that State governments would not “fix” things at an Art. V convention.

        • Hi PH

After I posted of course, I thought to add that the list is far from being complete.

One of the new and interesting links on Levin’s list is Donald Trump. Where on August 15, 2013, only two days after Mark Levin’s book was released to the public, the Donald tweeted: “Mark Levin’s @marklevinshow ‘The Liberty Amendments: Restoring the American Republic” is a truly great & important book.”

Donald keeps proving he doesn’t have a clue of what the Constitution actually says or on the founding principles on which it was built… but somehow he is our savior who will make America great again. Give me a break!

So we blind ourselves to Facts – we ignore red flags. Which, of course, permits us to avoid doing what WE need to do.

    • If there is an Art. V convention, we won’t be able to control the delegates. Delegates to a national convention have plenipotentiary powers. The video by Chuck Michaelis at the bottom of the linked page explains these plenipotentiary powers. Such Delegates are the Sovereign Representatives of The People and have the power to do whatever they want. http://www.principledpolicy.com/an-article-v-convention-fact-vs-theory/

A new Constitution has its own new mode of ratification – whatever mode the drafters want.
Once a new Constitution is in place then ….
