This is War: Trump Must Act to Stop The Fraud
In this explosive interview with The New American magazine’s Alex Newman, constitutional lawyer and former military attorney Joanna Martin (also known by her pen name as Publius Huldah) gives a lawful and constitutional roadmap for President Trump to defeat the 2020 election fraud and the effort to destroy America’s constitutional republic. After outlining how Congress, the Supreme Court, and even the executive have failed so far, Martin explains that Trump still has not just a right, but a duty to invoke the Insurrection Act. Article 4 of the Constitution requires the federal government to guarantee to every state a Republican form of government. And the Constitution also provides for the militia to execute the laws of the union and put down insurrections, both of which are required right now. Trump must act now, especially if Congress does not do its duty on January 6.

Here is a snippet of Chris Miller who thanks VP Pence off script at the anniversary of Space Force. He talks about “…the most complex military operation this country ever conducted…” He has only been Secretary of Defense since November 9. What do you think happened in the last month or so that he seems shaken about? That he, a Green Beret, thanks Pence for his leadership and mentoring. Pence has always flown below the radar. Something happened and I think we will find out about it soon enough. I have it cued up to the part to which I am referring.

Yikes, I just watched it and feel sick. What’s with those bizarre mannerisms & speech patterns? Is he trying to be cool? And he spends several minutes babbling about trivial personal matters – who care about his socks? He seems like a total fake. And that mask! What is WRONG with Trump? And when did Pence ever do anything except be the blandest and most PC person in the room?

well, as the one who presides over the proceedings on January 6, Vice-President Pence has a lot of power to control what happens. But, who has ever seen Pence do anything but go with the tide?

Publius, good afternoon, and Merry Christmas.
That was very informative, thank you, I would hope that Congress will take action and protest the electoral college results, some in the House have said they will, now a Senator needs to prove they have integrity.

An invisible blanket has been cast over the State of Oregon by Governor Kate Brown under the guise of protecting the general public from the Covin-19 virus. I call this invisible blanket Marshall Law for the writ of Habeas Corpus has been suspended for a select group of businesses. Large corporations such as Target, Walmart, etc. are open with the only restriction being the wearing of a mask. It’s elbow to elbow in the Target store I was in yesterday. Yet, all the small business owners of restaurants, bars, etc. are forced, by fear of jail and heavy fines, to remain closed. I see a simple strategy here and that is to eliminate the middle class in America leaving only the elite and those dependent upon the government(s) for their survival. And you can guess who will then control governments (state and Federal).
But I have good news. The mayor of Sandy, Oregon has given an ultimatum to Gov. Brown, in that, she provide positive proof that restaurants etc. are the culprits in spreading covid-19 by January 1, 2021. If Gov. Brown does not provide this definitive proof then the Mayor is going to open up all business in Sandy, Oregon.
I firmly believe that the radical dems have instituted Marshall Law and suspended the Writ of Habeas Corpus without the authorization of Congress and/or the President. This is a classic definition of “covet operation” under the guise of an emergency. This, as PH states, is an insurrection pure and simple and I believe all those involved have committed an act or acts of Treason for they have Levied War against the Constitution and the American People.
When PH, the subscribers of this Blog and all People, of and for the United States of America are successful in righting this wrong, we will need more Federal prisons.
A heartfelt thank you to PH and all patriotic Americans, and may God Bless America.

yes, Kate Brown is a tyrant. and I believe you are right that the plan is to destroy the Middle class.
Brown needs to see massive resistance to her unlawful dictates. I’ve never worn the stupid mask in public.
Do read this Opinion from the Attorney General of Louisiana – he is 100% right: https://publiushuldah.files.wordpress.com/2020/08/louisiana-attorney-general-op-on-governors-mask-etc.-order.pdf
Spread it around. Americans need to ignore these unconstitutional dictates from State governors!

Thank you PH for that very insightful Info, It spells out exactly what needs to be done, the steps needed, and the moral abyss we’ve allowed ourselves to fall into, bringing this entire scenario crashing down upon our heads by our apathy. I have to disagree with Bill though, (we don’t need a rebellion). Our gov has become so corrupt over the years, that it needs a total revamp from bottom to top. And as Jefferson once said, the blood of patriots and tyrants need be shed from time to time for the tree of liberty to flourish.
I believe a 1776.2 is what it will take to get the job done. From my reading and studying of the events leading up to the American Revolution, the same scenarios are being played out currently, from the Stamp act of 1764 forward. From my sources of info there are many, (in the millions, and 90% ex military) chomping at the bit waiting to support Trump, should he invoke the Insurrection Act, or another that will step up to the plate and with moral fortitude become the leader of a free nation once again. As you say PH, we don’t need another, or amended Constitution, we only need those in power who will follow what the existing one says. With that all the little squabbles besetting our nation would simply disappear.
Should we allow this country to come under the reins of Beijing Joe and those pulling his strings, the country as we know it is over, they simply do not care and will totally disregard the Constitution, not even bothering to institute another, they will simply make up the rules as Beijing, Soros, and others dictate….. Not On My Watch!
Thank you PH for your tireless and ever watchful nature and guidance.

Furious with people who are willing to accept this unconstitutional marital law illegally imposed by governors and public health officials!!!
I’m just plain furious!

It is being said that Sidney Powell did meet with President Trump this past Friday night. But that Mark Meadows and the White House counsel, Pat Cipollone, are trying to keep Sidney and the President apart. Trump has a predilection for picking scum to be his advisors. He should be listening to Sidney.

Yes, according to Jefferson 150 years was a oo long to go without a rebellion and here we are knocking on the door of 250…

Well, we don’t need a “rebellion” as was done in 1776. What we need is a thorough house-cleaning of the governments (local, County, State, & federal); AND – even more important, a moral regeneration of The American People. During the latter half of the 1900s, Americans abandoned the belief system which made us great – and adopted a new belief system. Under the new belief system, we abandoned Principles and substituted our own opinions. Americans of today REFUSE to learn – instead, they go with what they already believe. Look at the comments under the Video on you-tube: you will see a number of comments put out by profoundly ignorant people who refuse to listen to someone who really does know [yours truly]. Instead, they sneer at Wisdom and stick with their own existing ignorant opinions. Unless Americans renounce that destructive mindset, we are doomed. And it will be our fault – not the governments’ fault. We elected to office people who are just like us: profoundly ignorant, conceited, and stupid.
Our problem is a MORAL problem.

I agree. Our morals are gone. Re the rebellion….I tend to agree with Bill. Those who want to destroy our Republic, to destroy Liberty all over the world are going nowhere, they WILL NOT give up. No matter how good our morals are….they want us enslaved….and dead.

I hope that what I hear about Chris Miller is true. If it is, someone is giving Trump good advice.
With a Patriot as Secy of Defense; and another Patriot as Attorney General (I’d recommend Sidney Powell); we’d be in good shape if Trump listens to them. His Achilles heel is that he doesn’t seem to understand that there are some really bad – evil – people in this world.

hey! it’s wicked to say it’s too late to act! It would have been better to get to work fixing our Country 80 years ago, or 70 years ago, or 60 years ago, or 50 years ago, or 40 years ago, or 30 years ago, or 20 years ago, or 10 years ago, or even last year. But no one would pay attention to the warnings. The faithful Watchmen on the Wall have been giving the warnings; but The People take no heed until disaster is upon them. So do we fight now? Or do we throw in the towel?
